Peanut Butter.

July 26, 2009

It’s time. It’s peanut butter time.

I have something to ask:

Is it really that gross and uncommon to like peanut butter?

I mean, seriously. I’ve heard people here and there recommend peanut butter & apples for a snack, so I decided I’d try it. (I’ve been actually trying out this whole apple-a-day thing since I’m often hungry around this time of day lately, having slept through breakfast.) My mother, however, thought it was the most disgusting thing she’d ever heard.

I am the only one in my immediate family that loves peanut butter. In fact, I’m the only one in my immediate family that can even tolerate the faintest smell of it within a kilometer radius.

Is this unusual? To hate peanut butter so much?

(By immediate family, I mean my mother and sibling. My sibling does not wish to be mentioned in this blog, but that’s sort of unavoidable. So sorry, sibling.)

Really, unless you’re allergic, I don’t see how anyone could hate peanut butter.

And really, how could you hate it? If I could eat anything in the world for the rest of my life, … okay, maybe it wouldn’t be a peanut-butter sandwhich. (It would probably be something along the lines of funnel cake. Yes, FUNNEL CAKE. I love it!) But still! It would not be so bad to eat peanut butter all the time.

Anyway, I’m going to go away (as I believe I’ve mentioned before) soon. I have yet to figure out exactly how many days, but it is soon.

I really love peanut butter. I don’t care what they say. πŸ˜› πŸ™‚ πŸ˜€ πŸ˜› πŸ˜‰

ANYWAY the question of the day is this:

If you could eat one food, and only one food, (I don’t mean a raw ingredient nesessarily) for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Do you like peanut butter?
